How to go global in schools and learning enviroments for children and youth today?

If we want to make the pupils participate more during session we shouldn't be afraid to ask them questions in order to make them elaborate.

If students do not participate we should try to open the world for them with all the resources we got.

In the class of challenge two we had a look on the concepts of globalization and internationalization. These two concepts have their differences. 

The class started bye a discussion about the relations and differences about the concets of globalization and internationalization.

This is what we came down to;

Globalization : integrating different kinds of aspects of different cultures in your own culture.
Internationalization : concerning about the economical domain between 2 countries

Understanding of GLOBALIZATION

Globalization, as defined by rich people like us, is a very nice thing... you are talking about the Internet, you are talking about cell phones, you are talking about computers. This doesn't affect two-thirds of the people of the world.

deffinition of  Internationalisation
Internalization is the process of acceptance of a set of norms established

by people or groups which are influential to the individual.

Our purpus as teachers is to prepare the students for the future society, which we believe will be more and more glibalized for each day that passes.

a global world whıch never remaıns stable, renews itself rapidly. The change in the society now a days never rests.

Therefor I think that an English teacher should possess these qualities. ®    

• A global awareness in which the main aim is trying to make students pay attention not only national,cultural,social,individual differences  but also the same common characteristic futures that meet us at the same place.
• Cross-cultural awareness
• Understanding of the interrelatedness of global problems,issues & concerns
• Showing respect to different ideas,living style,tradition etc
• Demonstrating that being prejudiced may be the reason of communication gap or lack of information.
• To teach pupils that all people are unique and that change is inevitable, so they will have an idea about how to think about the world around them. 
• They have to learn that things cannot always happen the way they want to, which is why they must remain flexible and keep an open mind to make them more creative, sociable, and ready for difficulties. Here's how to teach your pupils to be open-minded.

The first and most important step for studets nowadays is to gain interrests which brings them hlafway though out the process of learning.

It is especially important because in the modernized word today there are numorus tecnical things that are part in distracting children.

A trik often used is to simply ask why to the students when they answer a question. e.g. " why do you think that?" this will help the students to be more open minded.
