Today was actually okay. We talked about "Foucault's perspective on discourse". It was very interesting to have some of the big differences exposed to me. I really understand that there is a huge gap between the 3rd world countries and the industrial countries. At the same time, I am afraid we might be putting a little too much into this concept. After all, we may have the need for our computer and phone, where as in other countries they may not need it as much as we do, and therefore they don't see themselves as being 3rd world'ers. It's just a thought.
